If you're proposing in the balloon or on a sunrise terrace, have the flowers delivered to your hotel the day before — reception can hand them to you or your tour company in the morning. Most Cappadocia hotels are small boutique cave hotels on narrow lanes. Write the full hotel name and the village (Göreme, Uçhisar, Ürgüp), the recipient's name and room number, and always add a phone number for the recipient or the hotel.
