2. Products and Services
The name, quantity, essential characteristics, unit price and total price of the ordered products are shown in the order summary on the checkout page. The order summary forms an integral part of this form and is also sent to you in the order confirmation email.
As flowers are natural products, individual varieties may be substituted with equivalent flowers of the same value depending on season and stock availability. The overall look, size and value of the arrangement are preserved.
3. Total Price and Payment
- All prices are shown including taxes.
- Any surcharge for the selected delivery time slot is shown separately in the order summary.
- For international deliveries the amount is calculated at the exchange rate valid at the time of the order and fixed to that order.
- Payment is made by credit or debit card via a 3D Secure virtual POS.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address given, on the selected date and, where applicable, within the selected time slot. Cut-off times, minimum preparation periods per destination country and rules for undeliverable orders are detailed on the Delivery Terms page.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a rule you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. However, under Article 15 of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable products (cut flowers, arrangements, live plants, cakes and food) or for personalised products.

6. Complaints
You may submit complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts at your place of residence, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. We kindly ask you to contact us first at [email protected].
7. Confirmation
By ticking the confirmation box on the checkout page you acknowledge that you have read and understood this form. The date of your confirmation and the version of the text you accepted are recorded with your order as required by law.
