1. Seller

The seller of the products offered on this site — the party that collects payment and is responsible for delivery — is identified below. The distance sales contract is concluded between the customer and this company, which is also the party to address for defective goods, cancellations, withdrawals and refunds.

2. Platform Operator

flowereast.com is operated by the company identified below, acting as an intermediary service provider under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. The platform operator provides the electronic environment through which the seller's products are offered to consumers; it is not a party to the sale.
