1. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Turkey and to the international destinations listed on the site. The current list is shown in the country selector during ordering. Delivery may not be possible in some remote or rural areas; you will be informed before the order is processed.

2. Delivery Times

• Same-day cut-off time: 17:00. Orders placed after this time are scheduled for the next day.
• Minimum preparation time, domestic: 1 day(s).
• Minimum preparation time, international: 2 day(s). Customs and local holidays may extend this.

Selectable delivery dates are shown in the calendar during checkout; blocked days cannot be chosen. During peak periods such as public holidays, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery may occur at any time during the day.

3. Delivery Time Slots

Where time slots are available they are listed during checkout. Some slots carry a surcharge, shown separately in the order summary. A time slot is a planning target rather than a guarantee; traffic, weather and workload may cause deviation.

4. Who May Receive the Delivery

As the products are perishable, if the recipient is not available the product may be handed to a relative, neighbour, office reception or building attendant at the same address. Delivery is then deemed completed and the person who placed the order is informed.

5. Undeliverable Orders

Delivery cannot be completed where the address is wrong or incomplete, the recipient cannot be reached, or the recipient refuses the product. Given the nature of the products, no refund is issued in these cases; see the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Address corrections notified to [email protected] before the delivery day are made free of charge.

6. Product Substitution

Flowers are natural products. Depending on season and stock, individual varieties shown in the photograph may be substituted with equivalent flowers of the same value. The overall look, size and value of the arrangement are preserved. Vases, baskets and packaging may differ from the photograph.

7. Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed or prevented by events beyond the parties' control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, epidemics, customs procedures and decisions of public authorities. You will be informed as soon as possible and refunded in full if delivery proves impossible.

You can follow your order with your order number on the Track Order page. You are also notified by email when the status changes.
