FlowerEast delivers international flowers to more than 30 countries: send flowers to Germany, send flowers to the UK, send flowers to France, send flowers to Russia, as well as the Netherlands, Italy and Austria. From abroad you can also send flowers to Turkey, anywhere in the country. Choose the delivery country in the selector at the top of the page to see the flowers and prices available there.

Choose the delivery country, add the flowers to your cart, enter the delivery date and the recipient's address, add a card message if you like and pay by card. You don't need an account; the order confirmation is sent to your email address.

No, not even when you send flowers abroad. The flowers are arranged fresh on the delivery day by our partner florist in the recipient's city and hand-delivered to the recipient. They never spend days in a box.

Yes. At checkout you can write a card message of up to 300 characters; it is delivered to the recipient together with the flowers.

Use your order number and email address on the Track Order page to see the status of your order. We email you when the flowers have been delivered.

You can cancel on the Track Order page up to 24 hours before the delivery day, and the amount you paid is refunded to your card. Once the florist has started preparing the flowers the order can no longer be cancelled, as flowers are perishable.

Payment is taken on your bank's 3D Secure page; we never store your card details. Prices are shown in the currency of the country you choose and charged to your card in Turkish lira; the exact amount is shown at checkout.
