Flowers to the Turkish Riviera from Germany: Hotel, Complex and Time-Difference Tips
Antalya and its coast have one of the strongest links with Germany of any Turkish region: thousands of German retirees live in Alanya, Side and Kemer fill up with German holidaymakers every summer, and many Turkish families in Germany have their roots here. So "flowers to Antalya from Germany" is a question asked not only by the Turkish diaspora but by many people whose holiday — or love story — began on the Turkish Riviera.

Sending flowers to a hotel
Surprising someone on holiday is one of the most common orders in the region. A few tips:
- Write the full hotel name and the district; one chain may have several hotels in the area (Side and Belek, for example).
- Use the name on the booking; for married German guests that is often the spouse's surname.
- Add the room number to the address line if you know it. If not, the flowers are left at reception and the guest is informed.
- Give the holidaymaker's mobile number (it can start with +49) so the courier can call if needed.
- Choose the day after check-in — the easiest way to be sure the guest has arrived.
Hospitals and homes
We often deliver to German residents and tourists in private hospitals in Antalya and Alanya. Flowers are not accepted in intensive care; call the hospital before ordering for a regular ward. More: sending flowers to a hospital.
In Alanya's residential complexes (very common in Mahmutlar and Oba), always write the block and flat number — security will only let the courier in that way.
Time difference and same-day delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 noon Turkey time are delivered the same day. Turkey is 2 hours ahead of Germany in winter and 1 hour in summer: in winter, order before 10:00 German time. There is no delivery on Sundays — choose Saturday for a weekend surprise.
Payment
When you choose Turkey as the delivery country, prices are shown in Turkish lira. Pay with your German Visa or Mastercard through 3D Secure; your bank converts the amount to euros.
Flowers that suit the climate
Roses and arrangements last well in Antalya's warmth; flowers in a box are practical for a hotel room with no vase. For residents, potted plants live for months.
